Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you accept returns?  We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  We accept returns upon authorization, if authorization is requested within ten days and the item is shipped to us in the perfect condition with which it was delivered. Shipping cost will be the customer's responsibility.  Custom orders are non-returnable.

 

  • Do you take custom orders?  We do create one of a kind custom orders, based on your vision and our creativity. We can customize bags that we have on our site to your specifications in most cases.   Please email us at KeetaCollection@aol.com if you have any questions regarding a custom order.

 

  • Do you charge sales tax?  We charge 6.5% sales tax for sales in the state of Florida.

 

  • Are your bags one of a kind?  Our bags are made as the creative inspiration hits us, and many items will be one of a kind.  If we have several requests for a certain bag we may create more than one, but be assured that all items are limited editions and will not be mass produced.

 

  • Do your bags stand on their own?   Our bags are not floppy, they are interfaced to be firm and keep their shape.  But.... our style lends itself to being a little more carefree and uninhibited, so we don't ordinarily make our line extra stiff.  They will stand up on their own.  If you need an extra firm purse or an extra soft one, contact us regarding a special order.

 

  • Do you sell your bags elsewhere?   We have our bags for sale in  in several stores and websites.   If you are a store owner interested in selling our collection, please contact us for wholesale information.

 

  • Do you ship outside of the US?  Please contact us for shipping information before purchasing so that we can quote a shipping price and confirm that we do ship to your location.
